Great staff and convenient location near the train station. The spacious rooms were well furnished with plenty of amenities provided, including toiletries, towels, and bottled water. The hotel's in-house restaurant offered a good variety of dishes to choose from, which was a perk.
The hotel could have been more forthcoming with information, as we were not informed about the availability of free Wi-Fi until the last day. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to plan accordingly.

Great value for money in a central location. The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with good service. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a good mix of South Indian, Punjabi, and Continental cuisines.
The hotel has poor cleanliness standards, especially in the common areas, with marks of pan spitting in many places. The lift needs maintenance and feels unsafe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff treated us very well and were extremely courteous. The location is perfect, as it is near the railway station and in the center of the city. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. this hotel provided an excellent experience for us.
